Refunds and Returns Policy

1. Pre-Order Items and Tickets
All pre-order items and ticketed products are sold on a final sale basis.
Due to the nature of these products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been confirmed. Pre-order items are produced or allocated specifically for each customer, and tickets are non-transferable and time-specific.
2. In-Stock Items
For all products excluding pre-orders and tickets:
Orders may be cancelled for a full refund prior to dispatch.Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges, except where required under UK consumer law.
Please ensure that all order details, including item selection, quantity, and delivery address, are correct before completing your purchase.
3. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with clear photographic or video evidence.
Where a fault is confirmed, we will offer an appropriate remedy in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not accept refunds or returns for:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Items that do not meet personal expectations
- Incorrect size or specification selected at the time of purchase
- Failure to review product descriptions or policies before ordering
5. Delivery and Third-Party Carriers
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for delivery lies with the third-party carrier. While we will assist where possible, we cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage caused by courier services beyond our control.
